All you need to know about the Oriflame Opportunity in Nigeria

Welcome!

If you have this link then i must congratulate you for ;

1. Taking a bold step to enlightening yourself
2. Seeing what most people do not see
3. Having the Entrepreneurial mindset and not just the employee-slaving mindset.

What is Oriflame?

Oriflame is a manufacturer of cosmetics and skin care products with the major aim of direct marketing and reaching out to everybody and not just business people.

Their Category of products;
Oriflame has three major Categories of Products

1. Skin Care Products
2. Make-up Products
3. Fragrance

The Opportunity they brought to Nigeria

1. Direct selling of Cosmetics, skin care products and Fragrances at your convenience while also making profit.
As a consultant, you get to try on all products before its release to the market.

2. Independent Entrepreneur: Imagine working for a firm from 8am-5pm as a marketer bringing in millions but still earning your normal monthly wage. Every month your target increases but your pay does not increase. Oriflame changed that.
With Oriflame you earn a percentage of your sales aside the immediate profit you make from selling the products.

3. Time Flexibility: You work when you want and how you want. All the ideas are yours. You do not have any rules to follow as you set the rules your self.

Added Opportunity i Saw that Oriflame didn't even know about

1. Exposure: Before i joined Oriflame , i was opportune to attend their events meet people and and make new friends and this was exciting for me.
As part of Oriflame's growing community i am exposed to meeting people, having fun and travelling on all expense paid trips for their seminars and events.

2. Sales Improvement: Oriflame offers an awesome opportunity to improve your sales ability (and trust me no matter the career path you choose, you need sales expertise).

The Risk I took
I took the opportunity for two major reasons

1. No registration fee: There is no registration fee, You buy what you sell. e.g Buy N10,000 sell N10,000 + 23%profit.
N/B: You pay N3000 for the starter kit which include a bag, catalogue, balm and some forms.

2. Household consumable products(They must sell): Initially I said to myself if i do not sell it then i will use it and all my family will use it. But beyond that i sold out, bought more and that's how the story goes.

"Opportunity is missed by most people because its dressed in Overalls and looks like Work..... Thomas Edison"

Having read all these and if you see the opportunity i explored then you are welcome to join my team.

Idris Elba blames not working for his split with girlfriend

Idris Elba has blamed his break-up with his girlfriend on not being in work.
The Luther star spoke about his split from Naiyana Garth last month in a rare interview on his private life.
Elba, 43, talked about acting as “therapy” and said:
“Therapy is a good way to cleanse my... When I’m not acting is when my life falls to sh**. It’s really interesting.
“I’m going through this b*****ks now ’cos I’m not on a film set. Had I been on a set I wouldn’t even have noticed. Probably.”

He and Naiyana, 28, have a son, Winston, two. They broke up days after he was seen partying in New York with Naomi Campbell.
Elba told Esquire magazine he realised at 14 he was sexy. Now women of all ages fancied him but added: “I sound a tw*t saying that.”

What matters is the Gesture

Most often times people are more concerned about the quantity or quality of gifts they receive but what really matters is the gesture and the thought. This however does not mean we should take advantage of this and keep giving silly gifts to people.

Realistically, When someone hands you a gift think of the following before quantifying the gift.

1. The person recalled its an occasion important to you.
2. If there is no occasion, it means the person saw a gift and thought 'this will be nice for him/her'. So the person actually took some time to think of you.
3. Consider the fact that the person must have struggled thinking whats best to buy before he/she arrived at that final gift.

So before you look down or judge, think of all the processes involved in getting you the gift before sizing it up.

Finally your judgment may be based on the extent of relationship you have with the person, so you may do well to judge.

Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian

So i happened to be discussing with my colleagues when i heard Blac Chyna is dating Rob Kardashian. She noted something which i found hilarious but true.

Rod Kardashian is the only son of the Kardashians, Blac Chyna marries Rob Kardashian and becomes Blac Chyna Kardashian, Blac Chyna Kardashian gives birth to children that become the real next generation of Kardashians.

Blac Chyna is smart.

Nigerian Bread Seller now a Model

The news of the Nigerian bread seller now turned model is all over the internet and media. All i can say about this is "Grace and Breakthrough".

Am a Christian and believe in Christ, I have been reading the stories about the bread seller and all i could say was this is grace and/or breakthrough.

Now what do you call a situation where a lady that cannot speak english is turned into a model earning millions.

Most times in life we struggle, but sometimes its time for us to pray and let God take the wheel. Olajumoke woke up that morning to sell bread not to photobomb any picture but before she knew it she is all over the internet. I call that "Supernatural  grace"

CBN N50 Stamp Duty And Its Likely Effects On Nigeria

CBN has finally implemented its N50 Stamp duty on every N1000 and above payment a bank account that receives payment from a corporate account or a corporate/current account that receives payment from any account , this means that almost all businesses in Nigeria will pay N50 on every payment they receive into their account.
Now here is the Analysis of the effects this will have.

1. Decreased cashless payments: A lot of stores and businesses will then decrease the amount of cashless means you can use to make payments because of course they would rather collect cash and at the end of the day make the N50 payment once. This means when we go to most stores they will tell you their POS terminals are not working because of this implementation.

2. Increase in transaction fees: For online stores where payments are made online, businesses would then increase their transaction fee thus making me pay N150 in total for any payment i want to make online, hence decreasing the adoption of e-commerce stores by Nigerians.

3. Over Priced goods and services: Some Business owners at this point will over price their products whether or not you pay with cash or POS. Business owners will make this an avenue to make more money hence making products and/or services more expensive.

4. Crime Rate Increase: If business owners adopt the number (1), this automatically means they have to increase their Security because the crime rate tends to increase with adoption of 1.

I will leave you all to ponder on this and understand its implications on us NIGERIANS.
