On today's newspaper, i read that the 14-year old Wasila Umaru who poisoned her husband with a rat-killer mix has been charged with murder and is currently remanded in prison.
The incident occurred few days after their marriage. The deceased husband is 35 years old which is two and half times the little girl's age. Isn't it time we stop this preposterous act? Yes their religion might accept it but nature doesnt, a lot could arise from an immature girl having sex, talk more carrying a baby.
Point is am not trying to promote murder or justify murder, but all i am saying is that people should avoid causing people to sin or pushing them into conceiving negative thoughts.
